A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment, anything after 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show. No-showing an appointment will lead to being charged 100% for the scheduled appointment. Children are not allowed at the spa, it is not a child safe environment. If you would like to make changes to your appointment such as removing services, it needs to be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or those services being removed will fall under the 50% charge per the cancellation policy. A credit card is required to book, even for gift card You’ll receive text and email confirmations and reminders. Confirm your appointment via the link in the email or text message. Automated reminders cannot be replied to, contact the service provider directly for cancellations or rescheduling.
